Monitoring system for the reduction degree of equipment using optical fibers.
A fiber neural network that monitors equipment! It continuously observes the fatigue levels of critical equipment 24/7, capturing signs of potential accidents in detail!
In recent years, various fuels have been used as energy for production. These can be single fuels or mixed fuels. In such cases, when a new fuel is used, there is a tendency to overlook any warning signs that may arise regarding phenomena that were previously thought to be problem-free based on past experiences. Additionally, there may be unforeseen events, such as the speed of internal wall thinning progressing faster than expected. Our products utilize optical fibers to monitor the temperature of the entire equipment, allowing for detailed detection of hotspots on the equipment surface caused by internal wall thinning, thereby helping to safely and securely control the operation of the equipment. Since the sensors use optical fibers, there is no need for explosion-proof measures based on environmental conditions, as is required with traditional thermocouples. Furthermore, because they can capture the entire equipment area, they enable more detailed monitoring compared to spot monitoring. By using a dedicated GUI, the equipment can be displayed in greater detail, making it easy to see which parts are exhibiting what kind of behavior, and it can also serve as a guideline for repairs during scheduled maintenance.
